Not now. Not this year. There has been a big turn around in the real estate sales in Woodland Hills. Currently, there are 8 homes available for sale in Woodland Hills, that’s it!
Currently, homes are offered between $297,000-$399,900, and range between 1885 square feet to 2914 square feet.

Only one the units is a distress sale, it is a short sale.  On average, the price per square foot is $164.87 and the average time on the market is 98 days. There have been 2 sales so far this year, and another home does have an accepted offer.
